24/7 support not working with Premium account

I moved to Premium account (since I had an issue with my account being blocked due to security reasons & needing support faster than 7 hours delay) & it doesn’t seem anybody is responding on the in-app chat for the past several hours.

I need to make a transfer of money to a standard bank account as soon as possible.

You could try opening and closing the app or logging out and back in and check if your :r: Premium status is reflected in the support chat :wink:
