2 bank transfers yet still no money recieved


So I’ve made two different bank transfers to my EUR account (each of 2000 Euros), one was made 1 week ago and still haven’t recieved any money or news from anyone at Revolut. I tried to get in touch with in chat support today and after waiting for 2 hours no one got back to me. I’m quite upset at the whole situation and hope someone here can help me clear this whole mess up. I have proof of both payments ready.

Which EUR account have you used? Local or pooled?
If local- looks lik BIC problem (search this forum for more- REVOGB2L instead of REVOGB21)
If pooled- have you provided reference number?

Try and reset the chat with “Resolved” and then “live agent”.
