1€ fee when topping up the first 10€ with debit card

I have been charged 1€ when topping up the first 10€. The card I added is a debit card, why should I be charged 1€?

If your card is seen as a commercial debit card by mistake, then please contact support via in app chat.

You are probably referring to card pre authorisation. It will revert within 5 days.
